Continuing with the polygon cut, the TYPE3 features changes that provide the finest of grip.
Shota Sosogi’s 3rd Signature Model.
The biggest change in this model is the main gripping area near the back. Continuing with the 12 sided dodecagon cut, new double ring cuts were applied in between to provide an extra fine grip. With the upgrade in providing a grip that is snug, it will yield throwing power. Simple orthodox ring makes up the grip at the front of the barrel similar to the previous model. In order to keep the throwing feel between 2BA/Steel to be as similar as possible, the weight of each type was adjusted. The 2BA model is now 0.5g heavier and the Steel model is 1g lighter than the previous models.
Shota Sosogi has been performing superbly with many top finishes in the JAPAN TOUR. With improvements made to the barrel, he will be aiming higher for more victories.
