At the main gripping area, less aggressive ring cuts have been placed and knurlings have been applied on these ring cuts. As the cut itself is not aggressive, by adding knurling to the cuts, this increases the friction and allows the player to hold the dart less tightly while ensuring a clean release and power to be transferred onto the barrel.

Yoshino places his index finger beside the indent at the centre barrel and completes his grip while feeling the elevation difference on the barrel. The ring cut at the front of the barrel is designed to be slightly expanded as opposed to being straight as this assist in the placement of the remaining fingers. Despite being a straight barrel, such design allows the player to replicate the same grip consistently.

At 45mm and 18.5g, a well balanced spec and a knurled design, Eder boasts a high controllability. Eder is well suited for any type of throw and grip and is also highly recommended for those that grip the darts with many contact points on the barrel or those that are experiencing trouble releasing the darts.
